Description

• Fixed issue can't create blank image with Background color.
• Upgrade ImageSharp.Image (2.1.5 netstandard2.0 and netstandard2.1, 3.0.1 net6.0+) and ImageSharp.Drawing (1.0.0) to latest version.
• Now NuGet package including ImageSharp.Drawing (1.0.0) as dependency.
